Cleaning
Return Clean Or We Will Handle It For You - $100 (+HST) Convenience Fee
Optional Damage Waiver
Optional Damage Waiver – $25/day (+HST). This protects you from being charged for minor accidental damage (scratches, small dents, hose leaks). It does not cover major damage, misuse, or theft. Normal wear and tear is never your responsibility.
Media Policy
We sometimes take before-and-after photos or videos of projects to showcase equipment performance and results. These may be used on our website, social media, or other marketing
Delivery
A Total Float Charge Of 300$ (+HST) Is Applied To Every Rental $150 For Delivery $150 For Pick Up.
Fuel Responsibility
I understand this machine requires Diesel Fuel Only. Use of improper fuel will result in significant repair charges The machine must be returned with a full tank of diesel fuel. A $100 refueling charge will apply if the machine is not returned full.
Deposit
A refundable security deposit of $500 is required for all rentals. The deposit is due prior to delivery/pickup and will be refunded after the machine is returned clean, fueled, and free of damage (minus any applicable fees).
Insurance Acknowledgment
I understand I am responsible for maintaining adequate insurance coverage for use of this equipment. No policy yet? To rent equipment you need active liability insurance for your rental dates. It protects you if property is damaged or someone is injured while you operate the machine. For how to get covered click here (often same day),
