Terms governing text message communications from U-Dig It Rentals.

By opting in to receive text messages from U-Dig It Rentals Inc. ("U-Dig It," "we," "us," or "our"), you accept these SMS Terms, understand that we will handle your personal information as described in our Privacy Policy, and agree to resolve disputes as described in our Terms of Service.
Opt-In and Authorization
When you opt in (by checking a box, updating your profile, or otherwise consenting):
- Subscriber confirmation. You confirm that you are the current subscriber to the mobile number you provide, or the customary user of that number on a family or business plan, and that you are authorized to opt in.
- Electronic record. You consent to the use of an electronic record to document your opt-in. To withdraw consent, reply STOP, contact us via the methods in our Terms of Service, or visit Notification settings in your account.
- Automated messages. You expressly authorize us to use autodialer or non-autodialer technology to send text messages to the mobile number associated with your opt-in. We may include marketing content in messages only if you have separately opted in to marketing SMS. You do not have to opt in or agree to opt in as a condition of purchase.
Message Types and Frequency
- Transactional: Booking confirmations, reminders (e.g. day-before, pickup/delivery), status updates, support responses. Sent as needed for your booking. You cannot opt out of transactional messages without affecting service (e.g. you may miss important updates).
- Marketing (optional): Promotional offers, news, and updates. Only sent if you opt in separately. Message frequency varies.

Rates and Carriers
Message and data rates may apply. We and wireless carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Delivery depends on your carrier and network availability.
