You must provide a Certificate of Insurance with: $2M Commercial General Liability, $120K Equipment Coverage, and the equipment owner (and the platform where specified in the listing) listed as Additional Insured and Loss Payee. Check the listing for exact requirements.
We recommend booking at least 3-5 business days in advance, especially during peak construction season (May-October). Availability varies by owner. Check each listing or contact the equipment owner to confirm availability.
Delivery options and service areas vary by equipment owner. Many owners deliver throughout the Greater Saint John area. Check each listing for delivery availability, pricing, and coverage. Delivery includes equipment drop-off and pickup by the owner.
Inclusions vary by listing. Typically: fully fueled equipment, operator manual, and safety information. Maintenance during the rental period, delivery and pickup (fees apply), and support are provided by the equipment owner. The platform provides booking, contracts, and payment processing.
Yes, subject to equipment availability. Contact the equipment owner at least 24 hours before your scheduled return date. Extensions are charged at the daily rate, and you'll receive an updated invoice.
If equipment fails due to normal wear and tear, the equipment owner will repair or replace it. Contact the owner immediately. Resolution is between you and the owner per the rental agreement. Damage due to misuse or negligence may be charged to the renter.
Free cancellation up to 7 days before the rental start date. Cancellations 48 hours to 7 days before start incur a 50% fee. Cancellations less than 48 hours before start incur a 100% fee (no refund). No refund after the rental has started. When you cancel, service and processing fees are non-refundable. Owner-initiated cancellations receive a full refund. To modify dates, contact the equipment owner at least 24 hours in advance. Changes subject to availability.
The equipment owner may provide basic orientation at delivery. For comprehensive training, seek certified training providers (e.g. WorkSafeNB). All operators must have appropriate licensing and experience for safe equipment operation.
The platform accepts credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, Amex), debit cards, e-transfer, and company checks (with approved credit). A $500 security deposit is required, refunded within 5 business days after equipment return and inspection.
